These plain-language terms summarize the current PriceDraft software offer. Checkout may display additional transaction terms that apply to the purchase.
Software license
A PriceDraft purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive license to use the covered PriceDraft Windows desktop software, subject to the entitlement and activation limits shown at checkout. The software is licensed for use; the purchase does not include source code or private licensing tools.
One-time purchase
PriceDraft is offered as a one-time purchase rather than a required monthly subscription. The purchase provides continued use of the software versions covered by that license. It does not promise lifetime support, operation on every future Windows version, online services, or every future major-version upgrade unless expressly stated.
Activation
The current purchase is configured for up to 2 active devices at a time. Online access may be required to activate, validate or deactivate a purchase key. Normal document work is designed to remain local-first after activation.
Estimates and customer approvals
PriceDraft creates and organizes business documents. Preparing an estimate or recording its status does not independently verify the customer’s identity, consent, signature, or acceptance. Users are responsible for obtaining any agreements, approvals, disclosures, or signatures required for their transactions and jurisdictions.
Customer responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing estimates, invoices, taxes, totals, payment records, exports and other business information before relying on or sending them. PriceDraft is a business-document tool and is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
Availability and backups
Reasonable efforts are made to provide reliable software, but no software can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free in every environment. Users should maintain backups of important business records.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. PriceDraft includes a 14-day trial so customers can evaluate the software before purchasing. Refund requests are reviewed case by case as explained on our Purchases & Refunds page, subject to applicable law and Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms and processing decisions.
