PriceDraft is designed as local-first Windows desktop software. Your working business documents are not stored in a PriceDraft cloud document account.
Website analytics
The PriceDraft website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance, such as page views, visits, device/browser information, and general geographic or referral trends. PriceDraft does not use this analytics setup for advertising profiles or cross-site behavioral tracking. Cloudflare may also process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Desktop application
Estimates, invoices, receipts, customer details, internal notes and other working business records created in PriceDraft are stored on the user's computer unless the user chooses a synced or external location.
License activation
When a customer chooses to activate, validate or deactivate an official purchase license, PriceDraft contacts Lemon Squeezy's licensing service. The request includes the purchase license key and a generic PriceDraft device label. The purchase email entered in PriceDraft is compared with purchaser information returned by the licensing provider. PriceDraft does not intentionally transmit quote, invoice, payment or customer-document contents as part of license activation.
Payments
Purchases are completed on Lemon Squeezy's checkout. Payment details are entered with the checkout provider rather than into the PriceDraft desktop application.
Customer records and document sharing
PriceDraft does not provide a hosted customer-approval portal or collect customer signatures through this website. If users choose to export or send documents through external services, those services may handle information according to their own policies.
